Thank you for your inquiry.

Murad products are not tested on animals, although certain products do contain animal derived ingredients, such as chitosan. We make every effort to use plant derived or synthetic ingredients wherever possible. We can also say with certainty that none of our suppliers within the last 10 years test on animals either.
